We also offer professional training programs designed to equip songwriters and musicians with a strong foundation in music production. These programs prepare creatives for real-world collaboration and potential opportunities with our team and beyond. Our broader mission is to strengthen the industry by making production literacy a shared standard, not a specialty.

HiPass Music is led by experienced, versatile producers and songwriters with backgrounds spanning top 40 artist records, national broadcasts, and the high end commercial work. Every project is approached with taste, restraint, and an understanding of how music lives in the real world.

Founded by platinum producer and keyboardist Willy Beaman, the company draws on deep, end-to-end industry experience—from touring with major artists to producing hits and creating music for film, TV, and brands. Willy leads a top-tier creative team dedicated to bringing sonic ideas to life.

Songwriter and Musician certification: Learn to be a part of the production process.

HiPass Music Certification is a production-focused training and vetting system that prepares musicians and songwriters to operate confidently on skills they may not currently possess. This includes vocal editing, melodyning and mixing. We teach production literacy—the ability to communicate clearly with producers, and contribute effectively in real sessions. We want to give you the tools to then be hired by us or any other high end production company. Upon finishing our course, you will get our Hi Pass certification and you will then be in our data base to be hired for future projects. Additionally, you will always be given production credit on any future HiPass projects. The course includes online videos and direct feedback from us to ensure you are really good to go.

Sonic Branding & Strategy consulting
